- During the wax preparations stage, the machine melts beeswax blocks or pellets in a separate wax melter or heating device to obtain a molten state.
- In the feeding stage, the machine pours or feeds the molten beeswax into the machine, where it evenly distributes it onto a flat surface or conveyor belt.
- Flattening: The machine applies pressure, either through rollers or a press mechanism, to flatten the beeswax, creating a smooth and even sheet.
- Embossing: The machine incorporates embossing rolls, plates, or stamps with desired patterns, textures, or cell imprints. These embossing elements are pressed onto the flat wax surface, creating raised patterns or imprints.
- Cooling and Removal: The machine allows the flattened and embossed beeswax sheet to cool and solidify. Once cooled, it removes the sheet from the machine for further processing or use in beekeeping applications
