Working Principle:
- Forming the stick packs: Firstly, the machine forms stick-shaped pouches from a continuous roll of packaging material. The roll passes through various stations where the material is cut, folded, and sealed along the edges to create individual stick packs.
- Product filling: The machine uses auger filling systems to accurately dispense measured amounts based on rotation.
- Sealing: After the stick packs are filled, the machine proceeds to seal them. This usually involves heat sealing, where heated jaws are used to press and seal the edges of the stick packs. The heat melts the inner layer of the packaging material, creating a secure and airtight seal.
- Cutting and separation: Once the stick packs are sealed, they are cut and separated from the continuous roll. The machine incorporates a cutting mechanism to create individual stick packs, which are then discharged for further processing or packaging.
